Resilience is an essential ingredient for sustainable high performance at work. Becoming more resilient will not only have a positive impact on your performance and wellbeing at work but it will inspire those around you. Wellbeing in the workplace has recently emerged as one of the top staffing considerations for teachers, school leaders and system leaders.
